Fitness isn't only about exercise.  At VISE, you have the resources to affect the whole picture of your "fitness" - exercise, nutrition, and behavior.


Over 10 years ago when I made the decision to go into fitness as a profession, it was immediately apparent that I was made to work in this industry. I am experienced and proficient working with clients of all ages from post-surgical rehab to athletic development, including pregnant and postpartum women.

My approach varies for each client ranging from gentle to regimented and aggressive. Having a variety of approaches and methods enables me to tailor programs to every person's specific needs.

I've dealt with many kinds of adversity and took away the wisdom they provided. Life is malleable, you don't have to stay trapped in a life you aren't happy in, a body that fails you, or a voice inside your head that tells you otherwise.

Everyone deserves to feel good and to be healthy! Proper fitness is an important component to ensure a lifetime of satisfaction.

I have over a decade of experience working with clients of all ages who are looking to lose weight/gain muscle, exiting post-surgical rehab to athletic development, including pregnant and postpartum women. My approach varies for each client ranging from an organic soft approach to regimented and aggressive. From children to seniors, I've had clients from all walks of life!

In order have a happy harmonious life, you also need to be mentally fit. As a self proclaimed Jackie-of-all-trades, master of some.. personal motivation, children/family, common sense relationships, addiction/family of addicts, career advancement, anger/resentment, social interactions, trying new things, getting UNstuck in life.

Your mental fitness needs attention, too.

Nutrition

Having good nutrition doesn't mean you have to have a strict diet, or count calories,

Clean eating, no-nonsense, practical approach to eating healthy and optimizing meal time and preparation.  Eat for nutrition while still enjoying your meals and recreation. The idea behind this approach is to maintain a joyful quality of life while still being mindful of your fitness.
