Women on Weights
Women on Weights is for all women wanting to improve their fitness. This is a safe space for women to come and workout at their own pace (with gentle prodding, of course!) using proper form and weight.
This class will push you to develop muscle stability, balance, flexibility, and stamina.
A spoonful of sugar helps the medicine go down. Working out in small groups is the sugar for the medicine of exercise. With WOW, you don't feel inadequate, you feel supported and in control of your own fitness pace. You will be guided in the right direction and given the tools to get there.
